Fields4Kids Facilities

Fields4Kids Indoor Sports Facility: The indoor facility opened its doors on January 10th, 2009 and features 2 field turf fields, an office, training room and bathrooms. The facility is ideal for training and games complete with state of the art Field Turf fields provided through a US Soccer Foundation grant.

Each field is 56 feet x 125 feet, separated by metal beams. The A-frame ceiling is 28 feet high at the highest point and 14 feet at the lowest point. The space is ideal for training, games and tournaments in a small-sided setting. Fields4Kids offers youth and adult leagues in soccer, lacrosse, field hockey and is also available to rent for baseball, softball, field hockey, lacrosse, fitness, karate/tai kwan do classes, pee wee football, and more. The facility can also be rented to meet community recreation and day care program needs, and is a great place to host birthday parties.

The Sports Arena Fields4Kids Outdoor Park

The Sports Arena Fields4Kids Outdoor Park project is well under way. The goal is to host 6-8 outdoor grass fields for soccer community to use. CES Engineers, Lane Construction, and Bangor Hydro have helped make this project happen. The first lighted field is ready to use and is currently hosts an adult co-ed and men's open outdoor league. The field is 78 foot wide x 148 foot long.

A special thank you to Jeff Tuenisen (CES Engineers) who completed the site work and survey, Lane Construction, coordinated by Scott Leach, who is completing the ground work, and Gerry Chasse (Bangor Hydro) who set up the lighting for the project..

Phase 2 of the project will be completed by the end of November which will provide a 180 feet wide x 240 feet field. The field will be used to host U11 and U12 soccer games, 8v8 adult league soccer, field hockey and lacrosse games, and have two U10 soccer fields lined within the perimeter of the field.

Phase 3 of this exciting project will provide an additional 6 full size fields that soccer, field hockey, lacrosse and football can utilize.
