Men's Over 30 Format

Winter Session I - Sundays (Begins December 6th)

Winter Session II Begins Sunday, March 7th - Register a team for next session - returning teams $350, new teams $375.

To be eligible for the men's over 30 league, all players must turn 30 this year or be older. The league is set in a self-reffing format with all players expected to play within the "spirit of the game." All teams play 7 league games plus qualify for playoffs (seeding based on league results). Winner of the league receives a $50 gift certificate to Paddy Murphy's to celebrate.

All players must be rostered on the team to be eligible. If a team is short and uses a player from another team, or uses a player under the age of 30, the team will forfeit the game but still play the game.

Each team plays 2 x 25 minute halves once per week with double-headers as needed. All games will be played at 8:00pm and 9:00pm on Sunday evenings.

Overtime Rules (if tied after regulation):
5 minute golden goal (5v5)
2nd Overtime: 5 minute golden goal (4v4)
3rd Overtime: 5 minute golden goal (3v3) - repeat until winner is found

Playoff Winners
Semi-Final Seeding: Highest Seed plays lowest seed remaining, 2nd highest seed plays 2nd lowest seed remaining etc.
