Information needed will be: League and team name. Players will be asked to sign medical waiver/roster the first night of league game.
Want to play but don't have a team, sign up as a "Free Agent" list and get you assigned to a team. Just let us know what league and we'll take care of the rest.
League fees are $375 per team for new teams and $350 for returning teams. All fees must be paid PRIOR to the first league game. Payment is due BEFORE team receives schedule. Coordinators of team should collect the money from team and turn in as whole. If there is an outstanding balance, the team coordinator will be expected to place the balance on their credit card to assure team appearing on schedule.
